September Deauty Box

As I told you guys in my previous post, I was one of the lucky few to already receive a Deauty Box for September. So happy with that!
Already saw the content on their site and really wanted this one.
Got this box on Tuesday but first wanted to try out the products so I could also give you a first impression of them.

So let’s get to it!
First of all, have to say that the box is incredibly beautiful. All black with just the white print of a bird on it, and the inside is just the other way round.  Opening it, the products were all nicely wrapped in black paper tied together with a white ribbon.

There’s also a little note which says “Your Discovery” and which gives you an overview of the products, what they are for and also whether you received a sample size or a full size.
It also tells you how much the full size is and what the retail price is.

So what did we get:

Clarins – HydraQuench Intensive Serum – 15ml (Full size: 30 ml – Price: 58,50€)
Invisible and comfortable, this bi-phase serum helps restore a more youthful-looking appearance to dehydrated skin.
Have been using this for 3 days now and really like it.  Can’t say I can already see a difference (3 days is a bit short for that) but it definitely leaves my skin feeling super soft and moisturised. And it smells amazing.

Nuxe – Micellar Cleansing Water with 3 roses and green tea – 100 ml full size (Price: 10 €)
Alcohol and perfume free cleansing water for face, eyes and lips.  For all skin types, even sensitive skin.
Nuxe is one of my favorite brands.  Been using the Huile Prodigieuse for quite some time now and I love it.  So my hopes were up!
This cleansing water did not fail me.  Love it!  Really takes off all the rests of my make-up, my skin feels very cleaned but not dried out at all and it does not irritate my skin, which happens quite often with other cleansing waters.  This is something I will probably be repurchasing in the future.

L’Oreal Professionnel – Mythic Oil – 125 ml full size (Price: 19€)
Nourishing oil for all hair types
This is one of the products I was most looking forward to try out.
As you may, or may not know, I have the most frizzy hair you can imagine.  Seriously, even when it’s this short, I don’t even need humidity to make it frizz.  It’s just its natural state.
So I have been using all kinds of oils for my hair and so far they all kind of did the trick.  Lately I have been using the L’Oreal Extraordinary Oil and it worked to some extend.
So I was eager but not to hopeful that the Mythic Oil would be any different.  It is different.
First of all, again, amazing smell!  Like you’ve just been to the hairdresser!
This oil really works for my hair.  I used 2 to 3 pumps on my short hair and bye bye frizz!  Even without blow drying it!  Hopefully it will still work when my hair gets longer.

Redken – Full Effect 04 Nourishing Mousse – 65 ml (Full size: 250 ml – Price: 24,30€)
This ultralight stylingmousse creates volume and nourishes your hair.
Not really ultralight!  It’s a very creamy mousse that comes out, not like your average styling mousse which is sometimes more air than product.  On my short hair, it’s kind of hard to tell whether it really gave volume.  I think it did but this will probably work better if your hair is longer.  But I like the texture of it and I like the smell.

Essie – Nailpolish “Size Matters” – 13,5 ml full size (Price: 10,99€)
A beautiful ruby red colour!
No more words needed!  It’s a gorgeous color, it’s Essie and it’s perfect for autumn and winter!  This is going to be a staple of mine!

Ok, that’s it!  Those were all the products we got.  Super pleased with this box, thank you so much Deauty!  Can’t wait to see what next month will bring!

Hope you guys liked my little review, have a great weekend and I’ll talk to you soon!

White

Skirt, blouse, scarf: Zara // Shoes: Tout Le Monde // Bag: Nathan-Baume

Always feel so classy and chic wearing an all white outfit combined with neutrals.
Love the combination of the crochet skirt with the silky blouse.  Gives it an interesting twist.

Celebrated my birthday this weekend! Thanks so much for all the super sweet birthday wishes!
Enjoyed a lovely dinner with friends and did some shopping.  I was actually on the hunt for some cool studded biker boots. Think I found them but I’m still in doubt what I should buy:  studded biker boots or black wedged sneakers!  Any suggestions?

Gonna finish painting my nails now!
Talk to you soon!
